Role Overview: As an Anti-Social Behaviour Officer, you'll investigate and respond to complaints, develop action plans, and patrol the streets of Birmingham to address ASB. You'll work with partners to reduce crime and enhance community safety. Key Responsibilities for Anti-Social Behaviour Officer: Investigating Complaints: Respond to complaints and enquiries within set standards and timescales. Build evidence packs to a court standard. Action Plans: Develop and lead partnership action plans to resolve complex ASB issues. Patrolling: Engage with the street community, identify problems, and implement solutions. Community Engagement: Attend partnership meetings, work with communities, and build relationships with partners. Reporting: Produce high-quality reports and evidence packages. Problem Solving: Use prevention, early intervention, education, and enforcement approaches to tackle ASB.
