Main Responsibilities: Oversee the efficient day-to-day and long-term management of the Home. Ensure compliance with the Care Inspectorate, Health & Social Care Act 2008, and associated regulations. Implement and evaluate action plans, procedures, and staff management strategies. Recruit, appoint, train, and regularly evaluate staff. Prepare and implement duty rotas. Manage financial affairs, health and safety protocols, and nursing practices. Foster positive relationships with medical staff, professionals, relatives, and the local community. Execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and bed rates. Provide relief management in other Homes as needed. Maintain safe working practices and report hazards immediately. Requirements: Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council. Knowledge and understanding of the aging process, care planning, and risk management. Demonstrated leadership experience.
