IT Infrastructure Manager | Retail industry | Hybrid working, in office 2x a week | up to £65,000 + bonus
We are delighted to be partnered with a fast-paced, innovative organization, who have taken their market by storm. They are now on the search for an ambitious, motivated IT manager to join and support them in their continuous growth.
As a member of their small but fast-growing tech team, you will help ensure their customer-facing services and solutions align with their scale up. Taking full ownership of their IT infrastructure, you'll have the opportunity to have a real impact on how the business operates, supporting the core systems that the business functions are built upon.

Responsibilities
* Leading the IT infrastructure across business applications and end user support services across all UK locations
* Strive to set a high technical standard, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and policies
* Presenting a strong technical understanding to the team, with the ability to provide demonstrations when required to do so
* Drive the technology roadmap to promote enhancements across the IT domain, and in doing so, minimise business risk
* Working closely with key stakeholders and 3rd party vendors to ensure successful delivery
* Managing budgeting across the IT team, honouring a cost-effective approach
Must-haves
* At least 5 years' experience in business and IT management (with some experience in retail, ideally)
* Experience with networking technologies (e.g. LAN, WAN, VPNs)
* Experience managing MSP's
* Experience with MS technologies: Azure, M365
* Proficient in Python, Powershell
* Familiarity with ERP
* A sound understanding of information analysis and hardware/software
* Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
Desirable:
* Experience integrating RESTful APIs
* iPaaS solutions experience
