Purpose of the Job
* The TA is a business support role, providing support to the EPT team & Office Manager.
Key Accountabilities
* Support the team by ensuring there is a highly effective level of administrative support.
* Be accountable for a broad range of activities from administrative tasks to problem solving and query handling within the team/department.
* Be a focal point of contact for the team and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service.
* Completion of invoices on SAP system for any departments.
* Organise travel for senior managers and team over multiple time zones.
* Supporting with all senior Leadership & EXCO visits to the London office.
* Plan and organise events such as conferences, annual events, monthly committee meetings and weekly team meetings.
* Schedule management diaries and book meetings.
* Create and manage documents for a variety of purpose (e.g. prepare slides, filing, and typing documents, signing hub etc.)
* Reception cover when required – one day per week as minimum (subject to business needs).
Formal Education
* GCSE qualified or equivalent.
Working Experience
* 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative role.
Required professional skills
* Experience working with a diverse, multicultural workforce.
* Intermediate computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft software applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Knowledge of SharePoint would be advantageous.
* Experience with International Travel booking Visa applications & travel expense costs.
* Experience in POs & Invoice processing – SAP experience would be advantage.
* Administrative experience
* Finance/accounts experience would be an advantage

* First class organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task, work without supervision & in a team, prioritise and balance conflicting demands, use initiative to resolve problems and manage workload within agreed deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with wide range of contacts.
* Reliable and enthusiastic with proven ability to work in a team environment.
* Ability to work well under pressure with multiple requests.
* Superior written, and oral communication skills
* Ability to coach team through processes
