Your field of work includes:
The person holding the position is responsible, among other things, for leading the team in the administration and configuration of mobile device management (here: Jamf Pro for iOS), ICT systems and connected end devices as well as ensuring the uninterrupted operability of the systems to be supported.
Your tasks will include:
* Professional guidance of subordinate employees
* Managing and monitoring mobile device management to ensure the functionality and security of mobile devices within the organization
* Implement and update MDM policies and profiles according to organizational requirements, best practices, IT law and IT compliance requirements
* Independent troubleshooting of the ICT systems to be supported, in particular in-depth analysis of the existing fault, recognition of the effects of the existing fault and restoration of system parts based on the existing data backups
* Participation in procurements in accordance with the Berlin administrative laws for the Mobile Device Management department (hardware and licenses)
You bring with you:
* a completed, relevant university degree (bachelor's or equivalent university degree, e.g. computer science, applied computer science, business informatics or administrative informatics) or
* Relevant completed vocational training (e.g. IT specialist, system electronics technician, IT clerk) and corresponding several years of experience of at least 3 years in the required IT field or
* comparable equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
For experience required to perform the tasks:
* Driving license B1 or obligation to obtain this within the probationary period
* Good knowledge of German according to the European Union's reference framework or the obligation to demonstrably acquire this within the probationary period
* Basic knowledge of English for text comprehension (understanding system documentation)
