We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a company that really makes a difference.
Main duties of the job
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices, including screening, assessment and treatment
Role Requirements
5. Current NMC Registration
6. Independent Prescriber Qualification
7. Experience of working in a Primary Care environment
8. Commitment to patient care
9. To adhere to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and to be conversant with The Scope of Professional Practice and other NMC advisory papers
10. To use evidence-based practice to develop and maintain high quality clinically effective and cost effective primary care
11. To participate in and provide clinical supervision as required
12. To participate in research within the practice, as appropriate
