We are seeking a talented individual to join our Consulting Delivery team at MercerMarsh Benefits. This role will be based in Bristol or Chichester. It is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
* Support data gathering, organizing, entry, and analysis for client projects
* Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver excellent service
* Handle client and member queries (verbal and written)

* Maintain technical and market knowledge
* Perform quality checks for junior colleagues
* Participate in client meetings as needed
* Serve as a technical resource for colleagues
