Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Lead and motivate a team of PBS Support Workers, Team Leaders, and Deputy Contract Managers. Foster a positive performance culture and ensure compliance with CQC regulations. Service Delivery: Oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring that support is delivered in line with statutory requirements and Look Ahead’s policies. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, working in partnership with the Head of Service. Quality & Compliance: Ensure services meet local and national standards, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and manage safeguarding cases effectively. Operational Excellence: Manage contract budgets, develop business relationships, and ensure efficient resource utilization. What We’re Looking For: Experience: Extensive experience within the CQC Regulatory Framework and managing services for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
