Job Description Nursing Home Manager (Nurse Qualified) Salary up to £69,000 plus performance bonus 40 hours per week We are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursing Home Manager who is a registered nurse to lead our client's dedicated team in providing high-quality care for their elderly residents. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, extensive experience in Nursing Home Management, and a deep understanding of nursing practices and regulations within the care home environment. Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid nursing license. Must have Nursing Home Management Strong knowledge of KPIs and financial aspects of home management. Proven experience in managing nursing homes for the elderly Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to guarantee a safe and nurturing environment for our elderly residents and staff. Develop and implement care plans, maintaining accurate records and regularly assessing the individual needs of our elderly residents.
