Job Responsibilities
* Provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to the department.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
* Diary management for senior leadership.
* Minute taking for meetings.
* Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
* Conduct research and prepare reports on various topics as required.
* Coordinate project-based work and oversee specific tasks.
* Ensure all procedures and policies are adhered to within the department.
* Manage and maintain databases and filing systems.
* Act as a point of contact for the department, handling enquiries and requests.
The Successful Applicant
A successful EA should have:
* Prior experience working in a similar role within the Public Sector.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management tools.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
