£35m t/o, 210 headcount manufacturer of mechanical components into aerospace, medical, automotive.

Salary TBC but likely to be £47,000 - £53,000 TBC.

Quality Manager Key Responsibilities:

1. Take the lead of reducing and investigating defects.
2. Manage quality inspection processes.
3. Responsible for carrying out root cause investigations & coaching the team in this discipline.
4. Carry out detailed investigative internal audits.
5. Help drive continuous improvement.

Quality Manager Profile:

1. A Quality Manager or Senior Quality Engineer seeking Quality Manager jobs in the Nottingham, Derby, Long Eaton, Castle Donington, Loughborough, Kegworth, Beeston, West Bridgford region.
2. Ideally experience in regulated industries with high-quality standards (aerospace, automotive, CNC, precision engineering), but we are flexible on your background.
