We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Practice Manager to join our Family Hub team. You will manage a team of Family Hub staff in this well-established role.
About the role:
As a Family Hub manager, you will ensure children and their families gain the best start to life. You will have great relationship skills as you will work in partnership with community organisations to ensure all families are aware of the Family Hub offer.
About you:
You will have experience in supporting staff with safeguarding concerns, as the role includes completing case supervision with the team.
The post holder will have responsibility for the operational delivery of the Family Hub offer in the west of the city, ensuring we provide a safe, effective service. Working in partnership with the service manager to embed governance assurance, professional leadership, and ensuring effective partnership working.
