They are currently looking for a part time Qualified Counselling Co-ordinator to work within the Counselling team. Salary: £29,680 - Pro Rata Hours: 21 hours per week (to include some hours across a Monday, Wednesday and Friday, flexible how this looks over the week) Contract – FTC initially until 31st August 2025 Company Benefits: 26 days annual leave (rising with service) bank holidays 1 extra days leave on your birthday, Pension, Access to Simply Health, Blended working, Employee discount programme and much more… Location – Woking / hybrid You will be supporting the Clinical Service Manager with an oversight of the functions and operations helping to ensure they offer a robust and professional counselling service. Working in a small team you will manage the referrals and undertake telephone, virtual and some face to face client triages and assessments to ascertain suitability for counselling. Once complete you will manage the necessary paperwork and processes to assign to the appropriate counsellor or signpost to other services that could be of benefit. It is key that you work closely with and support the volunteer counsellors, helping them to deliver the service and also dealing with enquiries in regards to placements, interviewing, on-boarding and training alongside the Service Manager. This is a very varied role that gives you great expose and involvement in the counselling team. This post is subject to a DBS check.
