We have an exciting opportunity at our Wisbech branch for an Aftersales Advisor. You will greet customers face-to-face, via email and over the phone and advise them in relation to their vehicles’ service, repair and parts needs. You will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.
