Job Summary We are looking for someone enthusiastic to join our maintenance team, the role would suit a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer capable of working on mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults. Main Responsibilities Respond to breakdowns of production machinery swiftly, prioritising production in accordance with daily plan. Carry out fault finding, repair and maintenance of all production machinery. Diagnose and remedy faults during production. Performing planned and predictive maintenance Contribute to the continuing improvement of the site’s equipment and maintenance. Operate and undertake duties in line with relevant legislation, policy, and procedure. Collaborate with other department to implement upgrades and new installations. Complete and maintain accurate documentation and records. Preplanning of required parts and resources for implementation. Ensure all tasks are conducted to health and safety requirements. Undertake other duties as reasonable requested The successful candidate Electrically biased but with sound mechanical knowledge [mechanically disassembly – pneumatic control – hydraulic control] Previous experience of working in a lean manufacturing background. Previous experience of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Quality and Health & Safety awareness. Experience on hydraulics and pneumatics systems. ONC/HNC educated in an electrical or mechanical discipline
