Our Monmouthshire Supported housing accommodation Service is looking for a Waking Nights Project Worker to join their team in the Chepstow scheme. This is a part-time (36hrs), permanent position.

Our service gives young people experiencing homelessness a housing solution. Our service offers housing related support to assist our service users to move into their own tenancy and gain independence.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to really make a difference to people’s lives and help them, build on their confidence and skills to move into their own tenancies within the Monmouthshire area.
Your night will consist of:
- Engaging and interacting with our service users
- Writing and following a support plan with the individual you are supporting
- Liaising with external agencies
- Addressing any additional needs, the people we support might have
Our motivation is to ensure we equip these individuals with the knowledge and tools they need to live independently. This is a challenging role and you will be faced with complex behaviours and needs, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse and offending behaviour. You will work with a range of different personalities and behaviours so you will need to be able to adapt your approach to engage with a diverse cliental.

Salary for this role is £24,797.00
