Non-Residential Scheme Manager
We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to manage our retirement living scheme in Bournemouth.
The scheme consists of 40 self-contained apartments for the over 55s, located in the desirable Westbourne area.
As the Scheme Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day activities and ensure the smooth operation of the scheme.
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance within the apartments and communal areas.
* Assist residents with any issues or concerns they may have.
This is a permanent, part-time position (30 hours per week) and requires a flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
