The role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Warrington team! In this role, you will proactively self-generate leads, reach out to new connections to book meetings, and drive sales. Above all, the right attitude is key – you should be professional, personable, resilient, hardworking, and results-driven. As part of our graduate cohort, you will receive extensive training and support to help you succeed.

Responsibilities
* Desk based
* High levels of phone activity reaching out to prospective clients
* Admin – supporting management, setting up meetings (client side and internally)
* Identifying new business opportunities through research, profiling, and marketing
* Understanding our offerings and solutions
* Continuous learning and development to better understand the sector
* Being organised in your approach to time management and be able to organise others when needed within your specific projects
* Booking meetings with key decision makers
* Shadowing senior salespeople to understand the sales cycle and gain exposure to clients
* Being creative and consultative in the sales process
* Building relationships with key and emerging technology partners
* Engaging with virtual teams to help support and manage demand generation
* Client retention and driving new business opportunity
