About Our Client
Our client is a leading organisation within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
Job Description
3. Running payroll for two legal entities (7 locations), ensuring accuracy and integrity.
4. Resolving payroll-related issues in collaboration with plant teams.
5. Preparing HMRC-related payroll reports (RTI uploads, P11D, PSA calculations).
6. Ensuring compliance with HMRC
7. Managing payroll data for audits and third-party reviews.
8. Providing payroll-related data as required by senior management.
9. Day to day management (with significant involvement of the FD and FBP) in the implementation of a new payroll system across all 10 sites. This will be done on a staggered basis
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
10. Experience in a multisite manufacturing business with a mix of hourly and salaried employees.
11. Experience in implementing a new payroll system.
12. Familiarity with Open People and/or DayForce is beneficial but not essential.
