The Person
Granville Plus Nursery School is a warm and inclusive maintained nursery school for children aged 6 months to 4 years. Our Additionally Resourced Provision offers tailored support for children with a diagnosis of Autism, ensuring they thrive in a nurturing environment. Our greatest asset is our children - happy, creative, motivated, and kind. Serving a diverse local community, we are committed to giving every child the best possible start in life. The Post
We are seeking a Headteacher who will champion our ethos of growing hearts, minds and communities while driving the school forward in an evolving educational landscape.
We are looking for an experienced primary practitioner who:
* Is passionate about inspiring every child to succeed
* Has vision, innovation, and the ability to lead by example
* Has experience of strategic decision-making
* Has a proven track record of raising pupil attainment
* Is committed to continuous improvement in teaching and learning
* Brings the creativity and ambition necessary to lead the school towards outstanding status
