The Role
We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our governance and operations as a Governance Trustee. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our charity and making strategic decisions to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to the charity's leadership team and ensure the effective implementation of our strategy.
* Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of the charity, including budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
* Governance: Ensure that the charity is governed in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or a relevant field, such as education, charity management, or governance.
* Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Qualifications: Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a relevant field or a professional certification in governance or charity management.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The benefits package includes a contributory pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days' annual leave.
