What you’ll do Being a Channel Marketing Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you will: Drive development of Express brand activation plans, across multiple platforms/channels (including travel, grocery and convenience) Lead long term Costa Express brand strategy in partnership with global functions Design and lead the development and execution of national and partner specific initiatives to meet commercial objectives Lead internal and external cross functional teams (e.g., media agency, BTL marketing agencies) to implement innovative 360 campaigns, including experiential and promotions Lead the marketing relationship with our commercial partners and operators, Collaborate closely with cross functional teams (Operation, Design, Innovation, Global Centre of Excellence) to ensure alignment and flawless execution of campaigns Work with the broader team to evaluate campaign and initiatives performance Who you are It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in: Strong proven expertise in Trade/Shopper Activation Marketing experience in a dynamic, fast paced organisation within the UK market Knowledge in different aspects of marketing, including brand planning, promotions, comms and POS development and digital activations Leadership of marketing activation across all levels of the funnel and 360 touchpoints ( ATL, BTL, Sampling, experiential, loyalty scheme) Strong commercial skills and budgeting understanding Ability to set objectives and goals, track results via KPI’s Expertise in campaign and marketing performance management Deep understanding of UK culture and consumers Ability to lead, coach positively and influence peers, retail partners and senior stakeholders Location: Hybrid with the ability to work from our Central London location a minimum of 2 days per week.
