Key Responsibilities:Handle confidential employee and company information with discretion.Track and chase completion of staff training, ensuring compliance with required standards.Coordinate and schedule training for new and existing staff.Support new employees, ensuring they have the training and resources they need.Manage large-scale training sessions during mergers and expansions.Work with spreadsheets and web-based training tools to track and manage training progress.Collaborate with the training team and occasionally travel to other company locations.What We’re Looking For:Strong organisational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.Experience in a learning and development or administrative role.Proficient in using spreadsheets and training systems.Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive data.This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of Appointments Personnel, who are acting as an employment agency.
