About the Role:
We are looking for a Hire Controller to assist in the day to day running of a busy hire desk.
Key Duties:
1. Answering incoming telephone calls
2. Diarise day to day entries of any on hires/off hires and deliveries/collections
3. Work with Cross Hire Suppliers to secure hire/sales opportunities
4. Build strong customer relationships
5. Resolve any customer issues
6. Assist with staff weekly timesheets
7. To assist with transport and logistics planning
8. To assist in covering the depot in the depot managers absence
9. General ad-hoc administrative duties
