Main duties of the job
As the Head of Recruitment Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all transactional recruitment activities across the Trust.
Your leadership and strategic vision will be crucial in selecting, and retaining top talent across a diverse range of specialties and roles.
You will work closely with the Assistant Director of Workforce - Resourcing, clinical leaders, and wider HR teams to develop and implement robust recruitment strategies that align with our institutional goals.
1. Lead and manage the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective recruitment services.
2. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and priorities.
4. Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns and initiatives.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and best practices in recruitment.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruitment team.
7. Provide guidance and support for international recruitment and visa processes
