Do you love working onsite with your stakeholders and being present to collaborate and challenge in person?
I am recruiting for a large organisation looking for an HR BP to join their matrix HR team. This business has some incredibly impressive tenure across the HR function and you will be working in a team of highly respected, first-class, commercial HR experts. This is a very data-centric business so you must be able to utilise data efficiently. * Support stakeholders on talent and succession planning, identifying business critical roles and high performing/potential talent that could be developed into them
* Support approximately 800 employees across the product team
