We are currently seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated and supportive team within a specialist educational setting. Key responsibilities: Provide 1:1 mentoring, support and inspiration to learners, assisting with curriculum-based learning in the classroom, outreach and outdoor activities Assist with the preparation of learning materials and contribute to delivering engaging lessons with a strong focus on behavioural management Maintain daily reports on learner progress and identify barriers to learning Build positive relationships through regular interaction with parents and caregivers What we’re looking for: A passionate and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to supporting students with SEND Experience working with children is essential, preferably within a SEND environment or similar setting Adaptable, resilient and willing to get stuck in An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service (or willingness to get one) Why should you apply for this role?
