We are looking for a passionate and committed Head of Year (teaching or non-teaching) to join our successful pastoral department.
As part of the Academy’s pastoral team, you will join a team who are playing a key part in improving the outcomes and life chances of the students within the Academy. The Head of Year will play a key role in leading their year group and ensuring that they receive the very best education and pastoral care, assisted by your dedicated Deputy Head of Year.
Working as part of the Greenwood Academies Trust MAT, you will be fully supported to develop and ensure our students display impeccable conduct, attitudes and are ready to be successful in their school life and beyond.

Opened in September 2013 by the Greenwood Academies Trust (GAT) after a £13.8m capital build, we are based on Reeves Way in Peterborough and have quickly gone from strength to strength.
A dedicated team of staff aim to help support every child in reaching their full potential. Additionally, we have been described as a truly ‘inclusive school’ at our recent National Inclusion Quality Mark inspection and have also been awarded 'Centre of Excellence Status'. We were also runners-up at the 2020 National SEN awards for National Most Inclusive Practice.
