Desk Top Sales Administrator - Salford
Marlowe Fire & Security, a specialist business within Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are looking to grow their team with the appointment of an experienced Desk Top Sales Administrator.
* Basis salary up to £24,000 subject to experience

Our Desk Top Sales Administrator
Will play an essential role in providing an effective and professional service to all Regional Customers, whilst providing excellent Customer Service to all internal and external clients.
* Raise quotes for small sales orders. Ensuring follow up calls are provided to the customer.
* Minimising customer attrition through the application of excellent customer handling and service.
* Review and respond to all customer enquiries received within a timely manner.
* Reasonable ad-hoc requests pertaining to the Regional Sales team.
* Add clear customer notes to Cash & update the customer with their Queries.
* Provision of service and minor works quotations from inbound telephone calls and email requests from existing customers.
* Liaise and Support our Regional Sales Team to ensure effective response to customers and where necessary liaise with other Departments in MFS to resolve potential issues or Supply Customers with the required information.
* Escalate any potential risks to the business to the Commercial Sales Director.
* Effective communication with internal and external customers.

* Self-motivated with strong commercial focus, Confident in Excel, Word, familiarity with CASH for Windows or similar Service Management software.

* Background in Fire and / or Security industry.
* Basic technical knowledge of Fire / Security Products and Systems.
