Reporting to a Contracts Manager, your typical day-to-day site duties will include: Management of all site activity day-to-day (labour and subcontractor coordination). Responsibility for driving the programme and delivering quality products for customers. Providing first-class customer service throughout walkarounds / handovers with end client. All health and safety and NHBC – related activity on site including liaising with the Clerk of Works. Proactive mentoring of Assistant Site Manager on site. We are looking for candidates who are goal focused, methodical thinkers, have a passion for delivering a 1st class product and enjoy maintaining a spotless site compound A proven track record delivering new build homes is a must given the nature and pace of this role.
