The impact you'll have:
As an Onsite Sales Manager, you will build strong relationships within our existing accounts, independently overseeing their needs. With a broad range of high-quality products and equipment across all building service sectors, we ensure our customers receive the hire solutions they require, exactly when they need them. Our success is driven by a dedicated team that consistently delivers outstanding service, nurturing long-lasting customer loyalty.
A typical day:
1. Independently manage the HSS account onsite, providing expert assistance with hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
2. Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with customers is vital to securing our repeat business and long-term loyalty.
3. Promote the brand to increase sales growth.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets with a customer-focused approach.
What you'll bring:
1. Experience in construction products/equipment, with a managerial or supervisory background in a similar business.
2. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the current market.
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets, prioritising tasks, and delivering solutions within deadlines.
4. Commitment to ongoing learning and enhancing product knowledge.
5. Focused on delivering outstanding customer service.
6. Adaptable, self-motivated, and resourceful.
7. Excellent organisational skills, balancing workloads and meeting service demands effectively.
