Our client is seeking an expericed Customer Service Advisor to work in the Maintenance Department Job Summary: Responsible for booking in maintenance repairs, communicating with customers, operative and ordering of parts needed Main Duties and Responsibilities include: Answering telephones, acting as first point of contact for customers Taking payments from customers Accepting deliveries Raising maintenance orders on our booking software Communicating with customers to book in repairs and maintenance calls in a timely manner ensuring our contract KPI’s are met Organising and liaising with operatives carrying out the repairs Ordering of parts required for the repairs Writing up of invoices/SOR codes Covering the Gas/Plumbing service department during annual leave periods Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (4.30pm on Fridays) We endeavour to reply to all applications, however, if you haven`t heard from us within 7 days, you have been unsuccessful with this particular role.
