I am currently recruiting for a Local Authority who seek a seasoned Business Analyst for a large Target Operating Model Project (TOM).
Requirements:
1. 2-3 times per week on site in Slough
2. Ideally an APMP or Prince2 qualification
3. Local Authority and Complex organisation background
4. Vast experience in facilitating new TOM
Overview:
The role will proactively work across the Council in implementing the key design principles of prevention and reduction of demand through customer/community enabling, automation of processes, improved access to services and information for customers, earliest possible resolution of customer enquiries, and a streamlined & efficient approach with common technology, processes, and roles.
Supporting operational leads to develop end-to-end process reviews and redesign processes that lead to easier customer journeys; utilise technology to allow residents to "self-serve"; capture data that will help us improve services further; and drive out demonstrable and measurable efficiencies. Critical to these end-to-end reviews will be to model and promote a "One Council" view, ensuring that dependencies with other functions/processes are recognised.
