We currently have over 4000 highly trained frontline colleagues and now due to continued growth we have opportunities available in our award-winning teams for an On Board Traffic Attendant. A bit about the role: The role will require you to clamp vehicles in line with contract guidelines and issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles in contravention of the regulations. You will be required to work 37 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Thursday 06:00-14:30 and 11:30-20:00 and Friday 06:00-14:30 What you'll need? Driving Licence with a minimum of 1 years driving experience Geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland The ability to communicate with customers often in demanding circumstances Previous experience in a customer service environment Strong communication skills with good written and spoken English PC Literate Must enjoy working in the outdoors and in all weather conditions Be flexible What’s in it for you?
