Fan Experience Executive We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Fan Experience Executive to join our team and help elevate the fan experience for our supporters. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly collaborative team. The Fan Experience Executive will support the planning, promotion, and execution of Birmingham City FC match days and fan events throughout the season. The ideal candidate will be proactive, creative, and highly organised, with a passion for delivering exceptional fan experiences at both men’s and women’s match days and club events. Please note, you will need to be able to flexible and take part in every match. Key Responsibilities: Assist with event operation planning and on-site management during all men’s and women’s match days as assigned by the Senior Manager of Fan Experience. Manage pre-match fan areas such as the Kop Amphitheatre and Knighthead Fan Park, including internal coordination, operations, communication with entertainers, and event-day vendor relations. Help implement and execute themed match days, ensuring the fan experience is immersive and engaging. Support on-pitch entertainment programming, including creating PA scripts, overseeing flag bearer programs, and managing field operations when required. Contribute to the successful execution of Birmingham City FC fan events such as Blues Open House, player signings, OSC Stadium Tours, and more. Produce project plans and production schedules to ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders. Proactively research new ideas to enhance the fan experience at match days and club events. Assist with fulfilling fan requests to improve their overall experience. Take on special projects and other assignments as needed by the business. What we are looking for from you? Highly motivated, passionate, and creative with a strong team-oriented attitude. A team player who is eager to learn and grow. Physically able to carry upwards of 40kg, due to the demands of the role. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to work flexible hours as required to meet the department’s needs.
