About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior CRM Manager to lead a team in developing and executing CRM strategies that drive customer loyalty, sales, and profit. You will own the cross-channel CRM strategy, manage budgets, and collaborate with key business functions to deliver measurable results. This role will also play a critical part in the relaunch of the company's loyalty proposition.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop a team to deliver CRM strategies across various channels.
* Own and execute CRM plans to meet commercial and customer targets.
* Collaborate with business leaders to align CRM activities with overall objectives.
* Manage CRM budget, track performance, and optimise strategies based on data.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience leading CRM teams within retail or B2C.
* Expertise in CRM systems, personalisation, and loyalty programmes.
* Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign management platforms.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
