As the Senior Product Manager for Solutions & Insights, you will play a critical role in driving strategic AI initiatives across healthcare enterprises. This position focuses on market differentiation, product strategy development, and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), industry organizations, and channel partners. You will also be responsible for presenting at industry conferences, driving thought leadership, and managing a small team of direct reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Leadership:
* Spearhead product innovation initiatives with key customers and channel partners to drive AI adoption in healthcare.
* Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers focused on commercial product initiatives, channel management, and strategic growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, prioritize initiatives, and align them with broader organizational goals.
Market Analysis and Insights:
* Collect and analyze data from internal and external sources to monitor AI trends and healthcare market dynamics.
* Continuously track innovations, regulatory changes, standards, and reimbursement policies affecting AI technologies in healthcare.
* Develop a comprehensive understanding of competitor activities, maintaining competitive intelligence and identifying differentiation opportunities.
Stakeholder Engagement:
* Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, industry organizations, and key healthcare collaboration sites to stay informed on AI and healthcare trends.
* Partner with sales teams to gather market insights, win-loss intelligence, and leverage these insights to inform business strategy and shape product roadmaps.
Thought Leadership and Communication:
* Drive thought leadership by creating and delivering impactful content, presentations, and engaging with influential industry stakeholders.
* Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and media engagements to reinforce market positioning and share insights.
* Communicate customer experiences and market insights to internal teams, fostering continuous learning and improving customer education.
* Establish regular channels for sharing market insights and competitive positioning with commercial teams and partners.
