Growth & Acquisition Consultant - 12-Month FTC
Central Cambridge (3 days in office, walking distance from the train station)
Salary: Up to £85,000
Are you a data-driven expert in new customer acquisition with a proven track record in D2C eCommerce? This is your opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing business on a 12-month fixed-term contract, where you'll take the lead in driving new customer growth and acquisition strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop the Growth Strategy and execute campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, influencer partnerships, affiliates and other channels to drive customer acquisition.
2. Use analytics tools, A/B testing and market insights to optimise acquisition efforts and improve CAC, ROI and LTV.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-performing assets that align with our brand.
4. Work closely with Ecommerce and Retention Managers to align strategies.
5. Manage and mentor a small team, encouraging innovation and development.
6. Monitor KPIs like CAC, LTV and ROI to ensure success.
What We're Looking For:
1. Over 5 years of dedicated experience in new customer acquisition for a D2C eCommerce business.
2. Proven ability to drive results through performance marketing and customer acquisition campaigns.
3. Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing tools and platforms.
4. A commercially focused mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets.
5. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
