We are seeking a Customer Finance Business Partner Analyst to support our Sales & Trade Marketing teams. Your expertise will be crucial in optimizing trade investments, managing credit risks, and enhancing cash flow to achieve our financial goals.
As a vital member of our team, you’ll leverage your understanding of market dynamics and customer needs to create mutually beneficial partnerships. Your financial skills will enable informed decision-making and contribute to the growth of our commercial margins.

Principal Accountabilities
* Enable strategic insights and discussions around route to market, distribution channels, trade investments, and pricing.
* Integrate Revenue Growth Management frameworks into commercial decisions.
* Support the preparation and evaluation of business cases, providing financial advice and analysis for decision-making.
* Assist Sales & Trade Marketing in creating and achieving financial targets.
* Support budgeting and forecasting, helping Sales teams understand the impact of assumptions to drive ownership.
* Monitor and improve financial performance through strategic commentary and insights on actuals, customer, and competitor landscapes.
Skills and Experience Required
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA), MBA, or equivalent.
* Relevant experience in finance business partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis.
* Ability to present data clearly and influence stakeholders.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
