Requirements:
- We are looking for a talented and motivated individual who is experienced in project management, cyber security operations, or change management in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Project Management qualification. It’s essential to build long-term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, as well as have effective networking skills to advise and influence others. Previous experience leading and managing a team is necessary, along with the ability to communicate effectively to various audiences, synthesizing information to convey key messages and facilitate decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- As the Cyber Security Change Manager, you will oversee and project manage the cyber element of the Army Security Plan, ensuring all outputs and deliverables are achieved. You’ll lead on all aspects of Army cyber security outputs, bringing together disparate elements of cyber security under the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) function. You will also collaborate with the Ministry of Defence's Directorate of Security and Resilience and Defence Digital on cyber matters, driving alignment with Defence Digital Cyber Operations and the Cyber Resilience Programme. Other responsibilities include leading and managing a small team, overseeing development of strategic security culture campaigns, and driving improvements through lessons learned and analysis.
