We are seeking an empathetic Registered Nurse to provide dedicated, one-on-one care during school hours for a child with complex healthcare needs.

About the Role:
As a Complex Care Registered Nurse, you will offer personalized, high-quality care that allows a child with specialized medical needs to attend school and reach critical milestones. Your responsibilities will include managing a Hickman line, administering medication, and overseeing PEG feeding.
Available Shift Patterns:
* Regular Wednesdays, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
* Regular Thursdays, 8 AM – 4:30 PM
* Regular Fridays, 8 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
* Work closely with the Nurse Manager Team to provide quality care to a paediatric client.
* Commit to a regular working pattern and collaborate with Care Coordinators for effective care delivery
* Provide 1-2-1 support to a child with Complex Care needs
* Build rapport with clients and families, working within the family home to achieve individual goals
* Potential for growth and development into a supervisor or management role
Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* UK driving license and access to own vehicle
* Ability to fit seamlessly into the school setting
* Compassion, confidence, and a gentle caring nature
* Commitment to 2 regular shifts per week.
* Clean and valid Registered Nurse pin with at least 1 year post-registration experience
* Experience in delivering care to complex clients, preferably in the community
