Job Description
As a TikTok Executive at Twenty Twenty Digital, you will work as part of the Tiktok team managing TikTok shop
operations, and assist with planning and co-hosting of engaging livestreams across a variety of sectors from
fashion through to cosmetics. You’ll be part of a creative team, contributing to trend analysis, the development
of fresh content ideas and influencer collaborations via the Tiktok creator marketplace. This is a unique
opportunity to work with exciting brands in a fast-evolving digital space, as well as gaining invaluable training
through both our internal teams and our Tiktok partners.
Responsibilities
-TikTok Shop Management: Handle daily operations for TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth product listing
uploads and shop management for multiple clients.
-Co-Hosting Livestreams: Where applicable, present or co-hosting livestreams on TikTok Shop for various
clients, creating interactive, engaging sessions that drive sales and brand awareness.
-Creative Content Ideation: Develop fresh, innovative ideas for TikTok livestreams and video content,
tailoring strategies to each client’s brand voice and goals.
-Trend Awareness: Stay on top of the latest TikTok trends, challenges, and popular creators to inform
content strategies.
-Influencer & Creator Collaborations: Utilise the TikTok Creator Marketplace to identify and connect with
relevant influencers (existing connections are a bonus, but not essential).
-Continuous Learning: Work closely with our expert TikTok team to develop your skills in content creation,
livestream management, and platform trends.
Requirements & Skills
-TikTok Shop Knowledge: Experience with or an understanding of TikTok Shop features and functions.
-On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable co-hosting livestreams with enthusiasm and high energy,
representing brands authentically - ideal but not essential.
-Creative Thinker: Ability to generate fresh ideas for TikTok content and livestreams.
-Trend Savvy: Keen knowledge of current TikTok trends, challenges, and influencers.
-Marketplace Insight: Familiarity with TikTok’s Creator Marketplace and influencer outreach (prior
connections are a plus).
-Team Player: Willingness to learn and develop alongside our TikTok experts, contributing to a
collaborative team environment.
