Receptionist
Working 37.5 hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday), you will support the Executive Assistant to the CEO with all administration duties. You will make a real difference by providing business support within the organisation. This is a temporary-permanent opportunity, therefore our client require a candidate who can start immediately.
Duties will include:
Greet visitors and staff with a positive, helpful attitude
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary
Assisting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with administrative tasks when required
Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls
Reconciling expenses
Stock takes and ordering of teas, coffees, stationeryCandidate experience required:
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
Strong attention to detail
Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude
Good team playerSalary is £12.50 per hour whilst temporary, once permanent the role offers 24.5k-25k
Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
