Job Title: Project Co-ordinator
Location: Poole, Dorset
We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join our team in Dorset. Responsible for supporting the FTTP programme on our mission to Light up the South. The Project Co-ordinator will work with the planning, commercial and fibre. A systematic approach and willingness to follow and improve processes is vital in the role.
Accountabilities
1. Lead on the weekly handover of As-built documentation produced by our in-house commercial and fibre teams
2. Assist the build by working with our Planning team to book Traffic Management services in line with our build plan
3. Prepare data for reporting systems
4. Other ad-hoc duties may be introduced as the role evolves to meet the changing needs of the business
Skills
1. Excellent communication
2. Confident liaising with clients and local authorities
3. Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
4. Knowledge of FTTP (desirable but not essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From £26,000.00 per year
