A leading security operations team is seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability Lead to play a key role in protecting critical national infrastructure. This position requires deep expertise in cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response, along with strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the identification, analysis, and reporting of cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
* Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of intelligence reports and assessments.
* Develop and maintain priority intelligence requirements (PIRs) and collection plans.
* Provide expert analysis on emerging threats relevant to government and critical national infrastructure.
* Assess and enhance operational processes and documentation.
* Lead and mentor the Threat Intelligence and Vulnerability team.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical:
* At least five years of experience in threat intelligence, vulnerability management, or cyber threat research.
* Strong incident response and investigation experience.
* In-depth understanding of cyber threats targeting government and critical infrastructure.
* Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and cloud security.
* Strong networking and open-source intelligence (OSINT) skills.
Non-Technical:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical risks to senior stakeholders.
* Leadership experience, including team management and mentoring.
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to improving security operations.
* Security Clearance: DV Clearance required.
