A leading engineers based close to Euston and Kings Cross station are seeking a People Manager to join there close knit team supporting the business in this forward thinking organisation. This is a full generalist role working in a lovely friendly team. You will have an HR Assistant working alongside you and line management experience is essential. Based in the London head office you will look after the people nationally and may from time to time be required to visit the 8 other offices. Responsibilities include Assisting managers with employee relation matters, you will need to demonstrate experience managing and advising Managers with ER cases Manager the We invest in People re-accreditation (platinum) Oversee the employee handbook, policies and procedures Provide the board with people reporting data as required Manage and coordinate Mental Health Awareness Week and Wellness awareness events Conduct probation reviews and exit interviews Recruitment - assisting Managers and keeping the PSL Manage visa's and right to work checks. Line management of the HR Administrator.
