About the Role
Team Members are recognised key players in a small team within the Warehouse environment responsible for:
1. Loading and unloading all types of vehicles delivering on site
2. Sampling goods upon receipt and delivering to QC labs
3. Picking and dispensing products for production in FIFO order
4. Ensuring stock integrity and location accuracy
5. Providing a high standard of service to production
6. Loading finished products
Your Responsibilities
Quality:
Ensure regulatory compliance and timely, accurate completion of goods in and goods out documents. Ensure all product is of expected standard whether it is destined for internal or external customers.
Customer Service:
Ensure all inbound goods are correctly located. Ensure all outbound goods are loaded in a timely manner to the expected high standard. Ensure all production lines are covered.
Health & Safety:
Responsibilities include near miss reporting.
Materials:
Ensure inventory accuracy is maintained to the expected level.
Training:
Ensure personal training portfolio is up to date and all 121 objectives are completed; train others as necessary.
The Experience We're Looking For
1. Experience of working within a similar background and/or third party logistics environment
2. Knowledge and experience of working in a regulated environment
3. Health and safety qualifications preferred but not essential (IOSH, First Aid at Work)
4. Ability to undertake NVQ based qualifications
5. Counterbalance license (RTITB) PPT, FLT licence essential
