Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic Health Care Support Worker.

We are looking for a motivated person with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate a proactive attitude to learning the skills required for the role.
No experience is necessary, all training will be given.
Main duties, tasks & skills required
To deliver person centred care according to a patient's individual care plan under the supervision of qualified staff, adhering to Southern Health NHS foundation Trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
