The Role As a Deputy Ward Manager, responsibilities include: Providing senior nursing leadership and supporting the Ward Manager. Overseeing clinical care and ensuring high standards are maintained. Supervising and mentoring junior staff, supporting CPD and professional growth. Managing delegated responsibilities and ensuring smooth ward operations. Contributing to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and best practice guidelines. Candidate Requirements First-level Registered Nurse (RMN) with active NMC PIN. Experience within an Eating Disorder setting. Clinical supervision experience essential. Evidence of CPD and leadership development. Strong IT and organisational skills. Experience in Acute Mental Health preferred. At least 18 months post-registration experience.
