Hours of Work – 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Following the acquisition of the sk:n clinics and The Harley Medical Group, we are looking to widen the scope of our services to NHS patients.
As part of this continued growth, we are looking to recruit an Assistant Contracts Manager, who will support the Contracts Management team in liaising with key stakeholders such as NHS representatives, including Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in England and Health Boards in other areas of the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting in the administration and coordination of contractual agreements with ICBs in England and similar organisations in other jurisdictions to support health services for patients.
* Supporting the Contracts team in maintaining positive relationships with existing contract partners, ensuring administrative requirements are met and recorded.
* Coordinating and assisting with project management tasks related to the development of processes to meet contractual obligations.
* Assisting with preparing documentation for tender opportunities and supporting the wider team in responding to bids for new business.
* Helping to develop and maintain efficient systems to support tender and contract management, such as maintaining a centralised tender library.
* Providing administrative support for strategic meetings with partner organisations, ensuring records are kept up to date and key information is shared within the business.
Experience & Knowledge
* Strong administrative background, ideally within a healthcare or regulated environment.
* Experience in supporting multi-site teams or coordinating projects across multiple locations is beneficial.
* Familiarity with NHS structures or experience within healthcare administration would be advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
